I experienced this first hand just over a year ago when my sisters house in Picton burnt to the ground and she was informed literally moments before her husband was about to give his speech at their daughters wedding. A special day, months of planning, honeymoon air tickets, passports and all their personal memorabilia gone! It was a very sad ending to what should have been a very special day for all.
