There is parking available at the Picton launch site and along the street, I don't believe Tip of the Bay would enjoy non-Hotel guests using their lot.

Lots of room at Conservation Launch

You really must be a superdad - thanks for the quick reply. I planning on coming down from Ottawa on Sunday and hooking up with my cousin coming in from TO. Based on your recommendation and the info gleaned from other posts (not to mention the fact that my 14' aluminum boat has limited ice-breaking capabilities) we'll probably go out from the conservation area.

I would suggest launching at Picton Habour. The docks at the conservation area have been pulled out and if it is a windy day it can be a nasty launch.
