Was out for a quick visit to Hay Bay Thurs afternoon to move the boat and take the dock out.
The word I got from those who fished on Wed. was there were a lot of fish in Long Reach off from Thompsons and the high shores, BUT, they weren't taking.
Somewhere along the line those fish have to start taking.
One of the reports I rec'd was a school of baitfish in Grandfathers cove that about 40 yards long. Wonder why they're not taking - that's a good reason.
Long reach Buffet for walleyes - don't need those lures for food.
