You can buy a trailer roller for the keel or just get a cheap kitchen cutting board; rip it up into the width you need and screw it down for your slip surface. No moving parts!
When I was a kid that is what I used for my 12 foot with 9.5. I could easily pull it up and launch by hand.
I'm thinking this is the way to go !
