Looking at the weather it looks like sunday will be cooler with winds 25 west and saturday a bit warmer with winds 25 south and 80% chance rain. I plan to fish aldophus which is easier to fish with a south wind. Guess I will be wearing a rain suit. If anyone else is fishing on saturday and wants to exchange cell numbers then send me a pm.
good luck

Ya its probaly a bit early and the weather doesn't look that great but as mentioned in a previous post the winds are supposed to be out of the south. I'm going to fish the south side of the reach, I will be in a 16 Ft Alumacraft lunker 50 Merc Tiller. Vhf will be on 72 for bitching about the weather and 16 for emergency's. Good luck out there.

What are you guys checking for wind forecast? We were planning on coming up from Niagara Sunday AM and staying until Tuesday night, but the winds are all over the place. Sailflow is showing a sh##show but Windfinder looks good those 3 days so we're kind of up in the air. I hate towing the big boat up there and then getting beat up on the water. If we end up coming, we'd have an extra seat or two if anyone is interested, just PM me. I have a covered 22' so have extra space.

Also, we're coming back up the 21st weekend and it would be nice to leave the boat on the trailer in between instead of towing home and back again. If anyone knows anyone that might be willing to offer that up, that would be great, they could count on a few boxes of beers for the trouble.

I've always used Windguru for Richardson Beach Kingston and never had issue... but I do find they're a little behind Windfinder for Adolphustown or Amherst. Will probably look more at this site in the future. With a buddy here from North Dakota to fish Mon-Thurs next week, I'm hoping what's forecast now holds true.

I use windfinder in KM and dial in Adolphustown, I live 30 min down the road and have used this all year, usually accurate.
Use the Super forecast selection to get a better overall look.

We'll be in Picton and hopefully fishing Sunday and Monday ..maybe a few hours Tuesday morning as well .. We're coming from Burlington and we've already booked the cottage so we'll be driving down for sure...I too am keeping my eye on the weather ..if there's too much wind and waves we'll drink beer and play cards I guess..I'm not a big fan of rough water fishing .. I ll be putting the top and sides on my Lund to help keep us dry and I usually throw in a couple ice fishing heaters to warm us up as well ... I plan on going back Nov 18 19 20 21 ..but I m not booking anything just in case the weather doesn't let us play .. I'm off the rest of the year basically so I'll be watching the forecast and when I see a few days of good weather we'll make the drive back .. see you guys on the water ..I hope !
