Quinte Fishing

I am just about to put new boat in Quinte but I have been following posts on launches and just not to up to date on there Picton thing. I have a 23 ft Aluminum. is the construction around the harbour ongoing now if so will I be able to launch at Picton. Is there any other launch in the area I might be better off using that I don't know about? and pull out end of November. Dose anyone have any more info I tried following posts so far. Thanks
