Went out of pt anne straight out basically aiming at the tall tower off the farm on the south shore. Made it far enough across you could see Belleville. Set up and found myself in 15 ft . Marked a few and then hit a 2 lber on a gold sidewinder. MArked a few more over the next couple of hours but no takers. After a long time without any signs of life on the screen decided to pull the plug and move. Headed to trident and set up just west and south of the red marker. Within 30 minutes hit a nice 7 lber that was scrappy as all heck. Had a hard time getting the head up but finally did. Fished for another hour and hit one more between 5-6lbs. Both these fish came on the silver /green Lil Finn. Good luck to everyone on the last weekend of the season.
