Anyone here ever kayak fish for eyes in Rice, or BOQ? I'd love to hit up rice in the bewdley end, but parking is limited to 2 hrs and the public parking and trekking a yak back is bit gruesome (even with a cart)! Tried Gores opening weekend but got nothing.

I have been fishing Rice lake for a few years now, always like going there, has been good to us. I agree as well, good lookin fish in there.

I need to learn this lake better though . I just started fishing it. Anyone know of some good fishing holes near Golden Beach area for walleye ?

I really don't know the lake all that well really, I head to the same area every time I go there as it has been good to us. We head to where the canal runs into it, and fish at the opening and on both sides. Have moved around the lake a bit and caught a few but have had most of our success right there.

Does anyone have a map of Rice Lake that states the names of the different areas, launching points, etc? I already got a launch I head to and a spot I fish, but would be nice to know when an area is mentioned, where it actually is in reference to where I launch.
