So sad to hear this.

Don't understand people driving sleds and 4x4 out on this ice. On Sunday when I was out east of kingston there were 4 or 5 sleds and a 3 wheeler flying around the ice. At most spot we were on at least 6 to 8 inches but drilled a couple holes where there was snow and there was between 3 and 4". One thing that gets under my skin is ok if you want to risk your own skin fine but keep your wheels and sleds away from where everyone else who is out. When the sleds were out we had a huge crack blow somewhere near us, not sure where it was but almost knocked everyone around off their feet it was so strong. Luckily it was a just a presure crack and not someone going through. Ended up having to walk through some spots on the way in where the sleds crossed that had lots of water under the snow.
