Quinte Fishing

Decided last minute to go fishn after work in Belleville. Trolled big bay to trident point. Nothing biting on crankbaits or harnesses run up high behind boards. Cymbals decided he wanted to play with the little ones and put on the bottom bouncer. Within 10 minutes he had 3 eyes between 12"-16". Just at dusk pulled up to a point to make a couple of casts before calling it a night and caught one eye at about 3.5 lbs. It bit a #7 flicker shad. Temp in big bay was 58 and the water was fairly clear.

Great info. Thank you Dan. I can't get over how many of the 12-16" fish there are. They seem to be everywhere. Looks like an exciting future.
