During the week I'm in Kingston without a boat... Looking to find a few good places to catch big kings from shore.

Assuming you mean now and if so kings are off shore. Nothing Close to Kingston that I'm aware of. Come sept-oct they come in to cataraqui river and Kingston mills

The Kingston waterfront has lots of patios where you can stop and grab yourself a kingcan... sorry couldn't resist that one. Look at the charter companies they will get you out onto some fish.
