Will the wind ever stop blowing?????

Forecasts for the next while never drop below 20-25 KpH with higher gusts.

Hard to get out for the big girls.

Stay Tuned

Ahhh Quinte in the fall, ain't it grand.

Atleast the cold temps will drop the water temps sooner for us.

It's definitely been blowing. I've been holding off winterizing my trailer hoping I can make a weekend out of it with some fishing and it just hasn't happened. The wind has been up every darn weekend and the long range for next weekend is the same.

Closa is having their fall walleye derby this saturday the 29th....Not sure if it'll pan out with the big winds?
Wonder if they have a blow day?

We tried it today, headed out from Shermans Point, winds were steady, no luck...Also the dock is out and the water is low so launching was tricky...

fished about 2 hours this morning starting at 8:30 trolling west from Indian Point into the reach. Once past Prinyer's I turned to the north and crossed to the calmer water of the North shore, then trolled east to the power plant. Marked many many fish, especially on the north side in about 110 fow, but no hits.

Im curious about the weather on the 11th of November. The last number of years it has been an amazingly warm day to get out. Hopefully this trend continues
