Best in show?

With the Toronto Sportmens Show starting tomorrow I thought I'd start a quick thread on deals people may be finding .... Seems every year the deals are fewer and far between... So if you find a good deal at the show this year why not post it here so all of us can see just what kind of deals ( if any) people have managed to seek out.... could lead to some interesting discussion for sure.

There were no major deals at spring fishing and boat show a few weeks ago. In fact only a few fishing stores had booths. Mostly outfitters and boat accessories.

Pro tackle had no tax on their booth and they didn't inflate the prices before hand to do so like so often happens. I got a special mate for 80$ no tax which is a steal and some baits. Shout out to Stacy and Dave for the help.

Jbs had buy 5 get one free on rapala and reef runners and lots of custom colour huskys to choose from.

Stacy has been in the tackle business a long time. He realizes you can make money on volume.
My old long time friend had a saying for business people, " don't try to make it all on 1 loaf of bread "

Plans were to be there today(Wednesday) but the weather has cast a shadow on our plans and now we're planning to hit the road on Friday.

Looking forward to seeing some people and go to the presentation stage and check out the sales bins for bargoons....

I just received the RADIOWORLD show flyer in my email and they have some decent sales on their electronics and other items for the Show.

This was from last years show, but I picked up a $900 fishfinder from the Radioworld booth for $500 I'm sure there would be similar deals this year.
