Quinte Fishing

well finally got out Wed. Ice is 6-7 inchs and they were hitting well. Fished all day Wed. total count 31 walleyes landed , numerous others lost, and an assortment of perch. There were 4 in our group, Dan you should have joined us you missed a good day. Ok the hot bait out of shermans was the perch coloured crock, and chartuce rattling pimple. Back out Thurs. evening not quite as good but only fished from 3 - 6. Total for the evening was 5 landed only two misses, all came on the pimples. The good thing was seeing such a great assortment of sizes, lots of 1 - 3 pounders along with a good share of hawgs. If weather holds will give it one last try on Sunday, before heading to Mexico for some bass hawgs at El Salto. I knew that was gonna happen and thats why I didnt join you. Had I come along your luck would of been severly diminished and the only thing you would of caught woulda been mud puppies sounds like it was hot. Kickin myself for deciding to stay home and do the laundry. Any big hens???
