Finally heading out tomorrow, been checking online and it's been very quiet, to windy? no fish? I am just looking for a suggestion, I have 2 buddies along with enough gear to fish 6 rods, planer boards, snap weights, bay rats etc.
Should I make the longer run from Deseronto to east of the ferry or fish Long Reach, Sherman's Point to Picton Bay?
Thanks
BH

If you are going to fish east, launch at the ferry and save yourself that cold boat run.

I would be fishing from the ferry to the gap, run your BayRats high and low. Good luck let us know how you did.
