Fished near some family property around Pickerel Park Monday. Got in the boat and headed a bit west along south shore, stopped the motor and rode the S/W wind up toward the flats. Drifting a 2oz and crawler hauler. Not much between south and north shore except a few perch and a silver bass. Approaching flats, started marking a lot more fish. Into about 12ft of water finally got a good hit.
Measured 22" and 3.6lbs...Sad to say, but still probably a personal best for me. On my third season fishing Hay Bay BoQ, started using crawler harnesses this season. Man they work. Already putting up record numbers in terms of quantity and size! Cheers all good fishing
