Got out for a fish this afternoon. Walked straight out about. 5 of a km. No snow on ice and where I was the ice was 5+". It was cracking pretty good as the temperature dropped. Marked a few but no luv. Partner Ed landed 2 with one going about 8lbs.

Back out this afternoon. No fish. The ice where I was was 6". No pressure cracks and all black clear ice. A few were riding ATVs and even saw a utv on the ice. Be safe
