Quinte Fishing

Five New Yorkers coming up Monday for a week on Hay Bay (Cedar Trees Resort). We will be stopping at the Wilton cheese factory Monday afternoon, so buy your cheese before then. We will probably buy them out. We normally fish from Cedar Trees up to Sherman's Point, sometimes down as far as the ferry. The reports so far sound like the fishing is better than in the past few years. Even if it's not, we always enjoy our trip to Canada.

I note that you fine gentlemen have some good taste in cheese. Wilton is indeed a gem, that I hope never gets bought out by a larger corporation. I wish you well on your trip and look forward to enjoying an excurion or two myself when I am on holidays back home very shortly.

You made me chuckle when I saw the Wilton name.....it sure is good.
