Quinte Fishing

This summer I am looking forward to doing a few back packing trips up north but still not to sure on the location yet because of access points. I am sure there are a few of you out there that do the bush whacking trip so I am wondering what maps do u use to see logging roads/ small lake and rivers. I have some maps but there not great I wont something that is fairly detailed and covers Ontario and Quebec (could be just the one or several other provinces they are just the ones I need) any help would be greatly appreciated.
