Thinking about becoming a member,,, any thoughts / comments on OFAH?

Would not be your worst purchase, even if you do not Hunt or Fish. They do have Conservation, Teaching, Youth and other good practices in place. Personally I have wasted more money on the useless gear in one season than what a membership costs. They also give you if needed some protection insurance.

I have been a long time member, I am an avid fisher and I believe in a lot of the things the OFAH stands for.
Recently renewed my 3yr membership, you can pick a gift for either fishing/hunting... not that it means much but you may as well take advantage of it. As Fryflier said, wasted $ on worse things....

Thats what i figured,, extra insurance coverage alone is worth it ,, thks for the input
