Ventured out Wednesday afternoon for my 1st fish of the season. Spudded my way out at 3:45 and popped a hole in 13’ of water. Ice was 4-5” and decent quality. Had a few taps intermittently and then nailed a 24” walleye at 5:10pm. Was the only fish caught but was a beaut. Caught on a blue and silver lil Cleo with a hammered finish.

For some reason the ice in front of Aikens has been horrible this year. Careful in that area
