Went fishing with Cymbals (if you're a Belleville Bulls fan then you know this man) for a few hours after work. We landed eight eyes. All were 2 lbs or less and caught trolling around Anderson Shoal with my "Go to" bait for this year, the Erie Dearie.

From the talk of people in the Belleville/Trenton area, sounds like the Erie Dearie is the 'go-to' lure.

It was the same last year when I talked to some people from that area and they swore by that lure.

You use whatever lure you have most confidence in - that's a key factor.

Right now (for my fishing) the Uzick Spinner is working well near the weeds and the Hot Green Taildancer is working on open water trolling.

Glad to hear the fish are biting up your way.
