Quinte Fishing

Took the drive from Kingston to glenora this afternoon.The launch ramp is in great shape and so is the water. Water is wide open from glenora to cement plant and down to just before the golf course.From there into Tip of the bay she is iced over,not safe enough to fish . It is raining and very mild, winds were strong out of the South west.Saw two boats out, hopefully a report will follow tonight. North on 49 to Deseronto it was tough to tell the conditions as there was a fair amount of fog, from what i could see there is ice with open patchs from Shermans and up the reach. At Deseronto it is open as far as the eyes can see to the west.To the east it is broken ice 50 yards from the bridge and then solid but NOT SAFE as far as I could see to the east. If my budy gets his dads boat will be out tomorrow and post in the evening. Tight lines!!
