This is an explanation of what's happening in the St Lawrence and affecting Lake Ontario.

Being a lawyer might help deciphering the mumbo jumbo of the press release and how the dam is affecting the flow.

What I seen in early October was that the water level of the St Lawrence River was down, and yet they are going to lower the level even more?
Does not make sense to me, but then not much does these days

Thanks for the link mitch. The forecast for Lake Ontario looks above average.

It's going to be what it is. I make a point of having chest waders in the truck, just in case.
