looking for a little info
when using in line boards what would be the best or preferred line to use ?
mono fireline spider wire and what # test is usually used ? :roll:
i currently have an okuma 15 spooled with 14 # fire line
and
a gigantic spinning reel [looks like a mitchel 300 but bigger] no line on it.

will be up oct 8th thru the 15th @ bayside cottages
will be in either :
17 ' G3 blue silver 70 yammer
or
19 ' alum with a 90 force

Gonna miss you on Quinte this fall, pasing like two ships in the night.

I'll think of Quinte when I am fly-fishing the Miramichi in New Brunswick for Atlantic Salmon.

The Precision Trolling books are based on 10lb test either mono or firleline. That's all I'm using is 10lb - been lucky as haven't lost a fish trhu borkedn line, can't say that about my leader that broke two years ago.

They get changed a lot more.

Hope you get a big one.
