Hey Y'all. Just wondering how the ice melt is going and if any lakes will be open this weekend??

As usual just watch for floating debris. And yes most of the ice is gone for another year.

The small shallow ponds are ice free, but the bigger deeper lakes still have a few days to go. Another day like today and some strong winds will do it.

Almost there....this afternoon in God's Country (North Central Frontenac):
