There's a couple of launches, one in Cherry Valley at the park and another across from Sandbanks PP. I believe all the launches now charge for parking. It's ballpark $20 for the day or you can get a season pass. As for docking a boat, I'm not sure that you'll find that there...
It's a pretty lake, but beware that the water level fluctuates year to year and last year I was there I could barely get my 16' Tin boat out on the lake from the launch across from PP. Only about 1 foot of water. The wind can also pick up pretty good if it comes from the right direction of Lake ontario.
