Went out at Huffs on Saturday morning and managed to watch a good number probably around 100 walleye go bye looking and not biting. Extremely frustrating I changed lures, colours, size, size of minnows part of a minnow, no minnow. Changed from lots of jigging to long jigging short jigging, and no jigging. Got a big fat zip. Went out in Trenton at the mouth Sunday morning and got exactly the same result but marked much less maybe around 50 fish. Talked to some other people both days and they had same results marked lots but got zip. If anyone had better results in either area I would love to know what you did to get them to bite. Fingers crossed for this Saturday.

I've had similar results all season. Last year was fantastic but I could not duplicate the same results this year. I've had nothing but schools of Perch under me. There have definitely been walleye coming in at different times but they have been tight lipped. Friday will be my last day out and I will be fishing solo which I have not done yet this season. I'm really starting to think that multiple lines/fisherman in the hut is having a negative impact on the fish causing them to spook or simply just being distracted and not dialing in/commiting to a presentation

No gain is way down. I have it set so I can barley see my lure and I use a Humminbird Mega Live. It is possible there may have been some larger perch in there but when you can see complete bodies it is hard not to tell the difference. It could also have been the same 6 fish going by saying haha screw you buddy. HAHA. Sometimes if it wasn't for bad luck I would have no luck.
