Is renting a hut worth while, Just wondering if I should put out the money for an auger and fishing gear if I only plan on going out mayby once or twice a year. And is fishing in Picton area better then outside mouth of Trenton or Belleville area.
Thanks

The mouth of the Trent has been hot lately.I would buy a portable hut instead of renting. If you go out twice a year in 2 years you will spend as much as it would cost you to have a portable hut and gear for life. Then you can fish were the bite is best.Good luck.

Has the bite been off because of the cold? Going out Friday all day around Trenton. How far up the mouth are people fishing now without huts?
