Not a pretty Launch. North Bay OPP. It looks like the winch is stuck and still attached to the boat.

It's amazing what can happen! I saw this opn another site and apparently there was a new summer student working for the O.P.P. She didn't put the truck in park and as a result it will cost us tax payers a ton of moey to retreive and get the truck running again. Eve thogugh it is pretty funny!....Larry
