Plan on making my annual sojourn to the bay next weekend and was wondering what's the best site or closest city to get an accurate weather forecast. Thanks for your time

Hi there, I usually check the Quinte weather from Adolphustown.

I am planning to go for a one day trip next wednesday if the weather cooperates. I will also be there on Nov 11 and 12. I can't wait to get on the water and get some big eyes.

Good luck and stay safe!

If you are fishing the narrows, the 3 closest towns are Bath, Picton and Deseronto. 1) If you are fishing near the Lake O Gap then use Bath 2) Picton if you are trolling passed the Glenora Ferry 3) Deseronto if you are getting further north into the bay.

I also use THE WEATHER NETWORK.com or ACCUWEATHER.com.

Cheers, Hodgey.

I'm with Hodgey. I check both sites. Thing is they normally conflict though.
I find I'm relying on accuweather more now because it can break it down to the hourly forecast.

For Winds I always use

www.windguru.com

It is a site for windsurfing.

they have forecasts for sandbanks and richardson beach near kingston.

I use it a lot for the local lake here and they are usually bang on.

Hey, that Accuweather with the hourly wind forecasts is great! Thanks for the info! [Previous to this the best I could find was the Weather Network in Picton, which at least gave some wind info]
