Quinte Fishing

Was out on monday with Hotsauce. We started at the lighthouse and worked up to pryners cove working the north shore. Then headed back following the south shore and a bit out in the middle. Washed various lures at various depths and did not hook up. The sonar screen was covered in marks but they just werent interested. After 3-4 hours of this we decided to try over at the Thompson/Shermans area. We did see lots of fish on the screen but again no takers. I think its time to break out the jigs. Hoping they will be more cooperative at the get together.

There was a boat out on Saturday afternoon, jigging at Thompsons, we saw one little fish flung over the side 'a la bass anglers'

Bad news - Dan - won't be making the get together this year - first time not being there. Grandsons' birthday party............
