Quinte Fishing

@ 15 feet of water 3 inches of Ice 4 people skunked 1 guy got 2 eyes and 4-5 perch Why is it 100 ft away he catches all the fish not allot of ice Be carefull !!!!!! we were off to the right quite a bit looking out from the parkette , we couldn't get much deeper with the ice conditions good luck!!!! seemed like they didn't hit too hard and yes I had couple of bites !!! and are still lines when checked at the end no minnows on them ????
