Has there been any more problems with parking near the Bigbay area? Baycrest marina?

I have parked there the last couple of times along the road without any issue. The area is getting a dumping of snow tonight with some more to come. The road has signs for No Parking and they will tow if the snow plow needs through and if your vehicle is an issue. The fishermen are causing our problem since they are now parking on both sides of the road and some are leaving there garbage behind. I left the ice last night to drive past coffee cups and water bottles just tossed on the road.
