Quinte Fishing

Hi All !

I have been watching the board over the past few months and finally decided to register. I live on the BOQ just West of the Deseronto Bridge so if any one is looking for conditions ifo in that vicinity I would be pleased to help.

Right now, like most areas the ice is pretty thin. I was out at the trailer park in Deseronto Monday. Caught 4 nice fish in an hour but watched two guys go in ..not watching for old holes. Both clambered out ok but their fishing evening was cut real short. I was standing on about 1 1/2" of black ice and 2 1/2" of water. I was concentrating on being as light as possible going back in I will tell ya. I would not go out in that area now. The current is stronger than I have seen it in a couple of years.

We can always use another pair eyes and a keyboard to keep up to speed with the conditions at Green Point.

You must be up there with Mario and Peter.....

Wonder if Mario found his dock???

I fish with Mario quite often..when ever Peter can not make it with him.

I was not aware that it was Mario that lost his dock. The winds on this shore have been brutal this winter. I live just two doors west of Mario.
