Location: near the Bay, on the Bay or in the Bay
This is almost like one of those "Messin with Bigfoot" commercials.
The weekend is here, so that means he'll be out on the Bay. We have a composite picture drawn up..if seen do not approach or engage in conversation... just drill a hole in the ice about 50 yards from him and commence fishing...any out of towners who do not know where to fish...follow this man.
