I read in the most recent Napanee Beaver Paper that Napanee will have a weigh in station for the Kiwanis tournament this weekend. it will be at conservation park. However what puzzled me in the paper is that it referred to weigh in starting Saturday afternoon. I don't know why the weigh in station would not be in operation for the entire tournament hours.

If anyone hears any further about this , perhaps they could let us know.

It is sad to see the butchering of those large female walleye. Do people actually fill their freezers or are the fish sold privately to businesses? or both? Where are our government officials to shed light on the legality of these practices?

They are forecasting a high of 20 C this Thursday for Kingston. Hopefully the weather on the BOQ will be great this weekend!
