I just got back from Springside Park in Napanee. Nothing new other than the amount (less than 6) of people fishing ....in the sanctuary. One gentleman in particular is merely trying to make a point (not a card carrier and as WASP as me)....lol.....but my my my...... there needs to be a better method. Sure it is only a few days till the opener.....but the example being set is one that stinks of misguided leadership and the accompanying staff deployment, logistics.

I understand the budget, the amount of CO's across the province, and the ability to supervise and deploy. The reports I get are very regular and I suspect on par with most information available within MNR.

At least I understand that there will be a meeting coming up regarding the Bay of Quinte committee. Maybe this is all part of some grand masterplan by MNR......lol

My bet is that there will be the Fish and Wildlife guardian program in place here within 2 yrs. There are so many ways to get the job done......it all begins with a willing heart and inspired leadership.
