Quinte Fishing

Hello to all Quinte anglers. Coming down form Montreal to fish the first Quinte Series tourney this weekend. The story from last weekends Bassmania walleye tournament out of Belleville is that the fishing is real slow. The winner weighed in 6.88lbs for four fish, WOW!!!! Hopefully things pick up. Am from the quinte area (damn Nortel) and really miss it a lot and I know that this is not normal for Quinte. My partner was out over the weekend and caught one good eye at Anderson Shoal but that was it. Will probably trying everything from trolling cranks and drifting bottombouncer worm harnesses to rip jigging in shallow and deep water. Hope to see lots of teams and good luck to all.
