This is the best fishing we have had period. THe action was non-stop at times.

Saturday June 28, caught 15 walleyes between 12-18".
Sunday June 29, we caught 20 walleyes, between 14-20".
Monday July 1, was the best day, within 2hrs. we caught about 25 walleyes, the largest was 21", the action was so hot that we eventually ran out of worms and had to leave. Took a few for a shore lunch and it was yummy.

All fish were caught between 8-11am, around Ram Island, west of the Green Buoy trolling a worm harness at about 3mph. There were lots of boats concentrated in this particular area (17 boats at one time) so this provided a challenge for us but everyone was catching.

I doubt this would last very much longer, so if you haven't gone out yet now is the time to do so, the weather was just perfect with a west wind and cloudy to overcast conditions at times.

Good luck to all and remember to observe the slot limit ,release fish between 19-25".

I must agree the fishing was Great! Around 20 Walleye's in less then 4 hours of fishing :D We fished Thompson's Point, (in the cove,) 12-15 ft. of water, we used spinners tipped with worm and a slidding bullet sinker.
Thanks again for sharing the info Harry.

PS I sent you a reply to your personel mail box.

Thanks for the reports. Spent a couple of hours in that same little cove yesterday. Caught about a dozen walleyes, by myself. Used a gold Blue Fox number 4 spinner, with a perch finsh on the blade, tipped with with a worm. 12 - 13 ft of water was the best depth. All of the fish were under the slot. Most were quite small. Managed to catch 4 that were 17-18 in. Don't get out very often, so I kept those 4, for a fish fry with the family.
