can some one tell me were to fish around pickerel park
never fished the bay before going first weekend in october
Also what to use for pickerl

The bigger fish should be coming into the BOQ from the Big Lake.

You could try trolling in Long Reach, around Shermans Pt and around Thompsons PT. They're about 6.5 - 7 miles from Pickeral Park.

I would be using Long Stickbaits. Husky Jerks, Deep diving Smithwicks, Reef Runners

Keep watching the board as the season progresses and the fishing info gets more intense.
