Quinte Fishing

Had another great weekend of fishing the area around the Northport shoal. We were down to Sunset Farms for the 16th year in a row. 9 boats of us enjoyed great food, hospitality and fishing. Drifting worm harnesses tipped with worm was the ticket in the daylight hours. An hour before dark and an hour after were hot using husky jerks (unweighted) in 6-10 feet of water. Had to release many fish in the slot size which hopefully keeps the fishery productive.
