launchs ramp closed

Just a reminder that the launch ramp dock near shermans point has been removed for the season. Unfortunately this is one of the closest ramps to the centre of the "action"as the season progresses. I was out on sept. 6th and when i returned to the ramp the dock was gone, no sign that anyone was there. I believe it a bit to early to pull them. At leat a month in my opinion. The fishing will only get better!!

Where are the other ramps that will still be open?

I'm in Ottawa and was planning a trip down to Hay Bay in the next few weeks.

I believe that the ramps are still open BUT the dock that you could tie up to has been removed.

People were using the Shermans Pt launch ramp yesterday, just have to have a line to the boat when you launch.

I think ALL ramps are open, Desronto, Shermans PT, Picton etc...

Guys I meant that the ramps are open. It's the docks that have been removed. It makes for tricky launching. Nearby to the shermans site is perfect vu resort that has good facilities....larry
