Quinte Fishing

Was out to fish with Ken Tam on Sat, out after 1100 and we fished with everyone at Thompsons, the west shore and Ken's Mountain. Marked lots of fishes.

Trolled from Q4 (by the ferry) over to the south shore and east to a group of boats in the second cove, Never marked a fish in the deep water.

North shore from the yellow marker back west along the drop off and marked lots of bait fish. Back to Thompsons and weighed Fatmans' fish at 9.5 lbs and went ashore at 1645.

We used all the arsenal of lures with the boards but drew a blank.

I went out alone on Sunday AM and fished til 1200, the vast flotilla of boats at Thompsons made it look like the hot spot. Heard of some fish on the FRS. I trolled Kens' MOuntain as I marked fish there and tried high, low, big small - NADA.

One pass by the jiggers at Thompsons and back over towards Shermans to see if there were any fish in the deep hole by the light and ashore at 1200.

Skunked - it wasn't the first time. Get em next week.
