I planned to fish in the public pier(behind Tim Horton)-I was told by Frank's Tackle in cedar street and they saying that people are fishing there. when i arrive at 8 pm nobody was there. I was wonder am i allow to fish there so I did fish at all. Can somebody tell me why and what kind of lure should i use to fish in bay of quinte off shore-not by boat.
