Observing assorted MNR strike actions in various parts of the province has been sad to say the least.

Whether one calls it a bad judgement call on bahalf of the union or questionable tactics driven by a small leadership base that is ripe in places, these unique character flaws have become noticed. Not a good day for personal integrity to shine in these ranks.

On a bright note, I have become aware that volunteers have not engaged but still are resigned to operate various activities. Interesting times with more in store.

Not related but equally interesting in how our "passionate resource keepers"..... will be recieved and will react. I watch and wait.

It looks like the strike might very well be over within 2 weeks (new leader impact stuff).
