Tuning:
Scott (BayofQuinteCharters) posted a great video on you tube for tuning reef runners. But to help ya out if the lure is pulling right, you have to bend the eye to the left just slightly. As Scott said if you see it move you have likely moved it too far. When you bend it, go straight down over top of the eye (perpendicular to the bill) with your needle nose, not horizontal. Just make fine adjustments until she starts digging again.
TD 11 Repair:
Depending on the size of the holes, you could use nail polish or crazy glue just make sure neither gets into the inner chamber, and just a thin layer so the balance remains intact. We used to use clear polish on a lot of spoons with fragile finishes. Make sure you dry it well, and I would recommend washing it with Dawn soap and then dowse it with some good scent to ensure your not carrying any unfriendly scent.
