The tournament was yesterday with 85 anglers. 15 fish weighed in plus a 5.5 rainbow that was lost!

My cousin the Fatman had the biggest fish on the day at 11.1! Now anyone who knows that Fatman knows that we are going to have to listen to him all week now!

Was a beautiful day out there. Did have a mishap after we launched though. Motored out the the red barn, set lines and realized we were taking on water. Lines in and raced back to the launch, got the boat out of the water and discovered the drain hose from the livewell had come off and water was pouring in! Plugged it up and back out but couldn't get the fish to bite. Had one on but over tightened the drag and she popped.

Oh well, everyday can't be a catching day!

Rumour is that this tournament is going to double in size next year. Should be a good one!!
