Bay of Quinte – From Trenton to the Glenora Ferry. Below Dam 1 in the Trent River, Below Dam 1 in the Moira River, East of the Murray Canal.

I think all the guys that run quinte bass series, or the bass mania events should join this, chances are one of those guys on a tournament day in that area will catch a monster...

I am hoping to see like a 8 or 9 pounder or even a 10 win this.

I had a question regarding eligible Tournament Waters. They are as follows:

Bay of Quinte – From Trenton to the Glenora Ferry. Below Dam 1 in the Trent River, Below Dam 1 in the Moira River, East of the Murray Canal.

Feel free to PM or email if you have any questions or comments.

Thanks,
Jeff

Thanks to everyone who has contacted me regarding the Hooked For Life Challenge. We appreciate your interest and encourage everyone who fishes for Bass on Quinte to give the event a try. You do not have to be a "Pro" to fish this, in fact I would say that shore fisherman have just as good of a chance as anyone in a boat. Have a great bass opener everyone and we will see you out there!

Jeff

Nothing fishy Griz.

To my knowledge 2 or 3 people entered, only 1 fish was submitted. So the guy won by default. Yes, there should have been better feedback on the board, but truthfully there wasn't much interest.

Jeff and I have talked about a Quinte Fall Walleye challenge with the same setup and I hope it will attract more interest. $20 to enter with a 100% payout in tackle off Pro Tackle's shelves. I like think it is a cool idea.

I pay to advertise on this board, Jeff pays to advertise on this board, Pro Tackle pays to advertise on this board, so yes we used the board to promote the event. As a matter of fact it was this board and a board member that inspired the whole challenge.

Scott

I don't understand why more people don't enter these events. It's a $20 entry fee with a pretty decent payout. I don't live in Quinte Region, but if I did, I'd be all over it. Guys that fish the Bay once or twice a week would have a pretty good shot at a prize. I'm gonna enter the next event for sure.
