There is someone in PIcton, who does good work and is not real expensive, perhaps, someone on the board will know who I am talking about.

A friend of mine just had one done by Vogel's Taxidermy in Tweed. I believe the rate was $10 an inch, which is very reasonable. Try googling it for the phone number and directions.

Vogel in Tweed is the best work I've seen and almost the cheapest. PM me and I'll send you pics of some of his work.

The man is an artist and a genius when it comes to either skin or replica mounts.

Hwy 37 to Hwy 7 head West Vogels is on the south side of 7 with a large sign. If you come to Queensborough Rd. You have gone too far.

I've had a few different mounts over the years of different things. I find all taxidermists are better at one thing than another. Vogel did a fantastic job on my wood duck, but a terrible job on my creek native brown trout. Best I can say is no matter where you go, look specifically at their walleye. A trophy like that might mean paying a bit more now for someone who is great with walleye. It will be worth it over the years to come.
BTW, a solemn congrats on such a great fish. Any pics?

The drama of the day caused a lot of bad blood with many people here and I just do not believe in kicking anyone when they are down.
Caras, Skevys just 2 of the locals and more over the years all had there + & - 's digging up the past is just going to salt some old wounds.
